Mr. Tiwari has completed his commerce and law graduation from University of Lucknow and is also a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 11(eleven) years of experience in India and abroad (external and in-house) in corporate & commercial advisory, corporate and commercial agreements, national & international commercial arbitration,transaction advisory, FEMA & PMLA matters before Enforcement Directorate, drafting and negotiation of tender documents, concession agreements, construction contracts(FIDIC/JCT), supply contracts, operation and maintenance contracts towards energy and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Tiwari regularly appears before, Arbitral Tribunals, Allahabad High Court (Lucknow bench), Commercial Courts, Enforcement Directorate (Lucknow Zonal Office) and quasi judicial authorities.
