Mr. Porwal is a seasoned advocate having experience of over two decades. He is the founding/managing partner of the firm having immense experience in the corporate and commercial domain. He is an economics, commerce, law graduate and fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Porwal completed his post-graduation in law from University of Manchester, UK.

During his professional career, he has practiced /worked in India and abroad. He advises clients on commercial transactions involving strong focus on corporate & commercial, family & succession matters, banking and IP and has handled complex transactions for various domestic and international clients during his professional stints.

He regularly appears before High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT and other courts and tribunals.

He is a key speaker on various other seminars and programmes.
